1.  REDUCED EMPLOYEE TURNOVER

The wellness and self-care services were first implemented at DaySprings Villa, a domestic violence and sex trafficking shelter.  Within 24 months, employee turnover decreased by 35% and staff turnover due to vicarious trauma was reduced by 80%.  Most recently working with several staff at the Children’s Abuse Network, following 16 weeks of basic self-care services, 50% of the staff participated in a follow-up assessment.  Of the participants, 100% reported an overall increase in general well-being and a significant  decrease in stress levels. 

2.  CONFIDENTIALITY

Many employees do not seek help for fear of reporting, documentation, and confidentiality. Your employee is reassured they can come directly to us and receive the help they need. We provide a secure and confidential environment for all races, religious beliefs, gender, economic, social circumstances,  or sexual orientation.

Many employees have high deductibles and co-pays that keep them from using their benefits.  The most important metric in knowing you’ve been successful in providing quality benefits is employee satisfaction.
