The 30-min Laughter Yoga is an exercise program that is the combination of Laughter exercises and a series of movement and breathing to promote deliberate laughter, with yoga breathing techniques The laughter yoga is used as a remedy for physical, psychological, and spiritual ailments, as advocates believe that intentional (simulated) laughter can provide benefits equal to those of spontaneous laughter. Laughter Yoga therapy will help:

Tea therapy is the ancient Chinese medicinal practice of using tea and tisanes as remedies for many ills and ailments. Its many beneficial ingredients, such as polyphenols and vitamin C, help to keep the human body healthy, giving due weight to the traditional Chinese saying that "tea is the medicine of ten thousand ailments."

While research shows the physical benefits of tea, the psychological benefit of holding a warm cup of tea provides a feeling of warmth and coziness. When shared with a friend and paired with good conversation, tea therapy can heal the body while offering up a quiet moment of contemplation.

Tai Chi-Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week program designed to improve balance and decrease incidence of falls. The class will focus on 8-form tai-chi. Each class begins with 5-10 minutes of warm-up exercises, moved on to 40-45 minutes of tai chi instruction and practice, and end with 5 minutes of cool-down exercises.

Tai-Chi for better balance is a research-based balance training regimen designed for adults at risk of falling and people with balance and anxiety disorders such as vertigo and PTSD.

This unique training approach is the culmination of a systematic series of scientific studies to improve efficacy, utility, and community and clinical relevance.
