In addition to Yoga, Joy is also a dance instructor. It is our mission to empower all individuals to take charge of their health and wellness. At Destiny Wellness Center, we have licensed professionals on site, we also encourage you to to use the self-guided options and take charge of your health and wellness!

A 20-minute practice every day is more valuable than an hour and a half twice per week. A small amount of yoga done consistently gives you more accurate feedback about what's happening in your body and mind, and it will improve your practice; the body and mind learn from repetition, not occasional dabbling.
