Teachers are saying my kid daydreams in class. I see the same thing at home. They just don’t seem to have any drive or motivation. Motivation is lacking. I’d like to support healthy motivation and drive. My teenager sleeps in way too long, their room is a mess, they eat a ton of junk food and play lots of video games. I really need to find something to pull them out of this funk. It’s driving me crazy. I just can’t seem to start my day. I’ve no passion to do anything. I just want to sit on the couch and watch Netflix. My mood is occasionally low. I’d like to support a healthy happy mood I sometimes don’t find pleasure in doing things. I’d like to experience healthy levels of pleasure Optimal Focus make me sleepy. I feel I need more stimulation. I’m told I may be low dopamine. I have a fast COMT or fast MAOA gene. My libido is low. I want to support a healthy libido for me and my partner.
If a number of those resonated with you, then Dopamine Nutrients is something that you should seriously consider.†
If none of the statements above relate to your current life situation, then Dopamine Nutrients is most likely not something you need right now.

L-Tyrosine: this amino acid is the direct precursor, or primary ingredient, that your body uses to make dopamine. As such, it supports healthy levels of dopamine production. †
Ginkgo Biloba Extract: compounds in this ancient Chinese remedy support healthy levels of the enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). This is the enzyme that determines the rate of dopamine production. Ginkgo biloba also supports healthy reuptake of dopamine. †
Royal Jelly Concentrate: a substance produced by worker bees to feed their queen. It is rich in carbohydrates, proteins, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals and is a natural source of biopterin. Biopterin is a compound needed to produce dopamine. Its antioxidant properties support brain cell health and function.†
Safr’InsideTM: a patented saffron extract whose active compounds support healthy levels of inflammation and the cells that make dopamine. Saffron also helps to support a positive mood. †
P-5-P (Pyridoxidal-5-Phosphate): supports the final step in dopamine production. This nutrient also supports glutathione production for the removal of these toxic by-products.†
CurcugenTM: this trademarked form of curcumin supports levels of dopamine by inhibiting the enzymes involved in the breakdown of dopamine.†
Why Dopamine Nutrients Works
You probably know dopamine as the “feel good” neurotransmitter. It is part of your brain’s reward system and is released when you do something pleasurable.
When dopamine levels are optimal, you feel:
Happy
Motivated
Focused
When your dopamine levels are low, you may experience
Tiredness
Lack of motivation
Low mood
Sleep problems
Low sex drive
Memory problems
Poor concentration
You would want your dopamine levels to be as high as possible then right?
Not exactly.
Just like everything else in your body, you want to strike a balance. Low levels of dopamine are problematic, but so are high levels. Excessive dopamine can result in aggression, trouble sleeping, and poor impulse control. The byproducts of dopamine metabolism can also cause damage to your brain cells.
This is why simply making more dopamine isn’t the solution.
Dopamine Nutrients supports production, utilization, metabolism, and antioxidation capability. †
Production is supported with L-tyrosine, the primary ingredient needed to make dopamine, and ginkgo biloba which supports the rate limiting enzyme tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). †
Due to its high metabolic activity and fat content, your brain is extremely susceptible to damage from free radicals. A healthy response to oxidative stress and healthy levels of inflammation are supported by the antioxidant properties found in royal jelly, Safr’InsideTM and CurcugenTM. Royal jelly is also a natural source of biopterin. Biopterin is a cofactor needed by your tyrosine hydroxylase enzyme in order to function. †
The final step in dopamine production is performed by your DOPA-decarboxylase (DDC) enzyme. In order to complete this task, it requires P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate). This nutrient also supports glutathione production. Why support glutathione production? Dopamine metabolism produces byproducts that can harm brain cells. Glutathione helps to support the normal removal of these byproducts. †
Once dopamine is made, it is released by your cells and binds to receptors. It is this binding that results in the effects of dopamine. However, once it has been released, certain enzymes break down the dopamine. Though this is necessary, you don't want it happening too quickly. CurcugenTM helps to support the healthy metabolism of dopamine. In doing so, it also supports healthy levels of the resulting byproducts. †
Lastly, ginkgo biloba supports the healthy reuptake of dopamine. If it is not broken down, transporters take dopamine back into the cells that released it. This is your brain’s primary way of storing dopamine for later use. This also supports healthy levels of dopamine signaling. †

Dr. Lynch’s Tips
To get the most out of Dopamine Nutrients, take it on the days where you feel you would like to support †:
Motivation and drive
Positive mood
Healthy libido
Healthy learning and concentration
Focus
Eat the right foods - especially for breakfast.
By starting your day with carbohydrates and caffeine, you will definitely experience mood swings, carb cravings and low energy.
Don’t start your day with caffeine, sugar or carbs.
Instead, start your day with a glass of Optimal Electrolyte, ¼ to ½ lozenge of Brain Nutrients OR Glutathione Plus Lozenge.
Then, have a healthy protein-based breakfast.
Dopamine Nutrients works best when you start your day with a protein breakfast. Protein provides more balanced neurotransmitters which limits your mood swings.
If you take Dopamine Nutrients, 2 capsules, and you don’t feel anything at all after 1 hour, then you need to support your brain more.
To get more out of Dopamine Nutrients, stack with ½ lozenge (to start) of Brain Nutrients. Bite it a few times, then let it completely dissolve, hold for 15 seconds, then swallow. Then, take 2 capsules of Dopamine Nutrients.
In 20 minutes, you should feel something. If nothing, take another ½ of Brain Nutrients lozenge. If still nothing after 20 minutes, then take another ½ lozenge of Brain Nutrients. Do not exceed 2 full lozenges of Brain Nutrients unless advised by your healthcare professional.
My experience with Dopamine Nutrients is this. I take ¼ to ½ lozenge of Brain Nutrients and 1 capsule of Dopamine Nutrients and I am locked in. I sometimes stack these two with 1 capsule of Optimal Focus on those days where I really need to grind out some work. †
I take these perhaps once to twice a week. I find that I don’t need to take them every day. Their beneficial effects seem to last me for days. I do start my day with a protein breakfast, 2 capsules of Optimal Man, 1 glass of Optimal Electrolyte and ½ lozenge of Glutathione Plus.
My middle son loves Dopamine Nutrients. He is your typical teenager that slept in too long, ate junk food, had a messy room and didn’t do much. One day, when I had just received my Dopamine Nutrients pilot, I tossed him 2 capsules while he lay in bed at 1 pm.
He asked, “What’s this for?” I said, “Take it and you’ll see.”
I checked on him a few hours later. I walked into his room. I found his bed made, his room clean, his closet organized and he was at his desk doing his homework fully dressed. I smiled and walked out.
Later that day, he was in the kitchen and his older brother got after him. “Man, will you stop eating so much junk food! I see your trash all over the place. Cut it out!” He replied, “Dude. Chill. I haven’t had any trash food today at all. I had some meat and a glass of milk. That’s it. I haven’t even been that hungry today.”
I smiled. He saw me smile and said, “Dad. What did you give me this morning?”
Ha. Dopamine Nutrients.
Life-changing.
I formulated this supplement for him. Once I found out how well it worked for him, I said, I know many other people struggling just like you.
So here you are. Proven by my son and available for you.
