Key Ingredients In Joint Nutrients

Suggested Use

Away from food by one hour, take 2 capsules in the morning or night. Alternatively, take 1 capsule in the morning upon waking and 1 capsule at night before bed. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

If you’re looking to support healthy joint function and don’t really struggle with joints, then consider taking 1 capsule before bed. I believe before bed is best as it gives the ingredients an entire evening to work.

During testing, people used Joint Nutrients differently than I recommended. They did so because it worked better for them this way.

Here are the different ways people took their 2 capsules of Joint Nutrients:

  • Took 1 upon waking and 1 before bed

  • Took 2 upon waking

  • Took 2 before bed

A few lifestyle tips for healthy joints:

  • Consider going gluten-free for 14 days

  • Consider going cow dairy-free for 14 days

  • Use your joints. Don’t let them be idle. Idle joints become stiff and this further compromises blood flow.

  • Sauna.

  • Do yoga or stretch (easy for me to say as I used to do both now I don’t do either)

  • Evaluate your gait. Go to a running shoe store. Have them evaluate your gait and get you the right shoes.

  • Consider an epsom salt float tank facility. They are amazing.

  • Support healthy insulin levels. Start your day with protein. Don’t snack so much. Stop eating a few hours before bed. Limit carbs and alcohol intake. High insulin is inflammatory.

  • Hydrate. Daily. This requires electrolytes, not just water.
